#1
I had to give it to here to see what isac or fiel says about it:

Look at part of the thanksgiving patch notice FROM LAST YEAR.

After that i went talk with the Professor Foxwit NPC on last year thanksgiving this is what he said:

So...dr.krakia laboratory on thanksgiving?. After all.....turkeys are supposed to come back...

Could be.

But chances are they just wanted something new for the Thanksgiving event last year, and took advantage of that to sneak in a bit of Masteria storyline. I wouldn't be surprised if we get a completely different kind of turkey/event monster.

But Thanksgiving was last weekend. =(
Possible, but do not look too hard in to these things, because most likely it's wrong.

In Canada it was, but in the US, where Nexon is, Thanksgiving is in November. :/

With pre-pirate and the pirate banner up, Pirates are far more likely than expansions on Krakia.

Pirates are essentially confirmed for November. That doesn't totall rule out any Masteria then but it's a huge strike against it. Pirates are pretty big and so is Masteria, they wouldn't do both at once.

They could do Monster Book or Area Boss 3 along side the Pirate release though.

And yes, I took my time to find that heart, and copy paste it there, just to show how much I'd love the update Isaac posted. :p

I think it's a bit ludicrous to suggest that such a huge update would come alongside the release of pirates. It's not like Nexon hasn't broken any promises in the past.

Well, don't maps take up the more memory than skills. How many maps do pirates really require? It's only the port and the rooms in the ship, right? If so, a large patch could still hold a Masteria update with pirates.

I think it's highly unlikely. :/

There are a LOT of maps in the Nautilus. at least a dozen. Then throw in Skill Quest area maps, Job advancement areas, and so on... don't underestimate the size of it.

I can see several UI updates coming out alongside pirates. After all, Monster Book was created before Pirates hit official release and we still don't have it...

IMO, maybe some sort of "upgrade" will be given to the turkeys to make some of them even stronger (like level 30-50ish?). Professor Foxwit might have a few quests involving them, and will later ask for your help in a future patch (where this area would be expanded within the Krakia jungle).

That makes a lot of sense, IMO. :X

I was speculating the release of Krakia this year about 3 months ago. It seemed like it would be a very good chance that we would get it because it was mentioned last year, and it gave them a year to develop it. But, Pirates were confirmed and something such as a Masteria expansion being released along side Pirate is highly unlikely. D: Maybe next year? xD

Nexon has teased Pirate so much in this patch that people are about to explode with excitement. I would really like to see how people react if pirates were delayed.

Ever seen angry fanboys? It's not a pretty sight.

We're not getting Masteria on Thanksgiving. Maybe for Christmas.

Halloween ends on October 31st, and I think the next patch date is November 5th. They could easily slip in a Thanksgiving patch there.

Then, on November...30th?...they could throw in pirates, just in time for December/Christmas but still keep to their November date.

Yea, I'm probably going a bit overboard, but meh.

Or just some Thanksgiving event (quest).

I hope we get the Monster Book soon...I've lost all motivation to play my MM.

The delay of CWK Pt2 has got me a little intrigued. From what NxProse said, it sounded like we would have it within a few weeks of Pt1 but its been a couple months and we havent had any word about it...

Next patch is 99.9% going to be on November 11th. Besides the fact that TCG set 5 comes out then, that's also when the events end. That doesn't mean it'll be the pirate patch, but don't expect anything sooner than that.

well that's a given. :p
