Maple's Story!
It's not Crimsonwood Keep, if that's what you were thinking.
No... but is it, say, the Black Magician's hideout? (Probably not, as an ominous castle in an already evil area stands out a lot. And yet...)

Yes, it is very far in the background, but so is CWK. So why put such a detail that you can't reach and is not marked on the map (other then to put an expansion there)?
It's been pondered since it was first seen, and there is no answer as of yet.

I just thought that doesnt really add up. Maybe something else would come up to explain that in the future?? I kinda have the feeling she's trying to pretend she's a fairy but is not?Fairies are known to be attracted to shiny stuff, and she could be just using that common knowledge to pretend she is a fairy or something? I dunno ^^"
no way to know that yet. I've noticed there's 3-4 more Ariant quests in KMS that we don't have yet (some are higher than 40 but none are particularly difficult) so maybe those will explain it.
Hey Isaac! Are you writing up the CWK story yet, or not yet because what's out is only half of what it will be?

Haven't really started with it yet, had a lot of real distractions. It'll probably be a few weeks before I can really delve into it fully.

I'd say wait untill CWKeep Part 2 comes out so you can have a full aspect on the storyline >.>..

That way there are lessmistakes.
Any updates about CWKeep's story? Or did you decide to wait until CWKeep 2?
Quote:The wyverns are the most violent kind of dragon, and are not native to the Minar Forest. They used to live in the swampy lands north of the region.

I still want to see this place.Shine
In regards to Crimsonwood, I can't really sort through all those screenshots now Sad At this point I might wait for the second part.

However, when Pirates come out, I do intend to get the Nautilus storyline out ASAP.
Isaac, I think the story would make more sense then anyway.
Could you possibly bring a download of all the SS's about the CWK? i am really really really really very very very curious about it Big Grin

...No. Way too much work. :p

Seriously just go back and talk to the NPCs. They retell you about 80% of what they said even after you beat the quest.

not even in ZIP file?
my MS is very laggy :<
to lazy to read all this story but good job Tongue
I'm enjoying reading this Big Grin just finished reading the Leafre bit, going to bed now.

Something I recall from doing the f/p arch-mage meteor quest regarding the dark magic book thingy with alcaster and the job people, in the victoria part, The quest involves Shammon or w/e, the guy in the basement of the 3rd job place. Basically its about how Shammon was a wizard learning about dark magic, but then he got corrupted, so the mage job advance people sealed away his power.

This isnt completely accurate, or complete, I'll see if I can find anything on it tommorow, just wanted to post now so I wouldnt forget Tongue

If you know anyone who is planning to do the meteo quest soon, you could always ask them, but I'll see what I can find as well.

edit: also a typo if you care, in Part 6, second paragraph, 5th line, Rombard/Rombot (forget name) is spelt Rombad. pretty sure thats not right >:

Alright so, I'll post all the text from the quest that is on MapleTips.com or w/e. I'll make a tl;dr at the end to, and expand a bit more.

First Quest: Robeira's Book
 Spoiler

Second Quest: A Magician's Story
 Spoiler

Third Quest: Another Crazy Genius?!
 Spoiler

Fourth Quest: Shammos!
 Spoiler

Fifth Quest: Grendel the Really Old's Apology
 Spoiler

Sixth Quest: Robeira's Intentions
 Spoiler

Seventh Quest: Robeira and Shammos
 Spoiler

Eighth Quest: Meteo Shower
 Spoiler

I think I missed a few quests involving the stuff with Dark Magic, but basically;

Shammos was a great magician, and a student(or friend, dont remember exactally :/) of Grendel the Really Old, but then he started using powerful Dark Magic. At first Grendel the Really Old couldnt see that his student(or friend) could be becoming corrupted, until he got so powerful he began to lose control. By then he was to powerful for Grendel to defeat, and he wouldnt have been able to finish off one of his students(/friends) anyway. Then, together with Robiera, they sealed his power away, and locked him away (in the bottom of the 3rd job place).

Regarding getting Meteo, Its part of this story, what happens is Shammos passes on some of his dark/powerful magic to you, which is meteo.
OMG I love this, even though it will take hours to read, Great work Isaac
Well, I spent a lot of time traveling lately, with my laptop, no internet, and out of DVDs to watch, so I have the Nautilus update (mostly) ready. I've got some more stuff I'm going to add for Nautilus but it's not actually *about* the Nautilus. More like Pirate 4th job quests.
Heehehehehehe. It was you who wrote this after all Big Grin
I saw it on sleepywood.
Like I said in game, the most godly maplestory thing I've ever read

EVER Cool
