How can I send Videos through email (or any way really) that exceed the 25MB rule?

Upload it somewhere that doesn't have a 25MB limit and link them to that. You can use Mediafire, or even Localhostr for a file that small.

Well, that's because Skype is P2P. You're not really uploading the video to be stored on their servers, you're sending it directly to the person's computer with no middleman; so you can send however big a file as they can handle.

MSN used to (or still is, dunno) be just like that, you could send anything p2p as large as you want. It's just that it was super slow.

If you need to distribute to more than 1 person, you can also use file hosting sites like sendspace, mediafire, rapidshare, fileserve, filesonic, megaupload... there are hundreds.
