EDIT: Southperry, prepare for uber lag. Everytime Nexon fails, Southperry lags.

Does game launcher not work for people? If it does work..this isn't that big of an issue. I got in fine with the website login

I do agree wholeheartedly. Nexon needs to step up their game. However, I'm glad that they at least acted responsibly by acknowledging there is an issue instead of leaving all of their customers in the dark. I do hope they fix the issue soon though =)
