You can call a customer service representative tomorrow and see if you can get your AP #. Otherwise...yeah. =\

Wow, I can't believe it. This is epicly amazing.

Eng Language - 5
US Government - 5
Physics B - 5
Comparative Politics - 5
Eng Lit - 4

 Past Years

I really don't care about any of those scores except Comparative Politics, you know why?

I studied literally, the two nights before the test, starting with no prior knowledge, I took it independently, without a class, and got a 5. I'm pleased as punch.

Oh, and now I can skip U0 at McGill, three years til my BA.

Congrats! Those are very, very solid scores!

I studied AP World History by myself little by little throughout the year, then pretty much went all out one week before the exam date. And I didn't even bother to do a practice exam beforehand simply because I was cramming like nuts. The only prep I did was look at sample essays on previous essays prompts on the College Board's website and just see what was the proper way to write AP World History DBQs and essays. It didn't take too long for me to internalize the things I needed to do for the essays, though.

And I was crossing my fingers hoping everything I did worked out. And it did.

And looking at your scores and total number of exams taken, looks like you might get the AP National Scholar award. If so, pre-grats I guess. xD

My AP Physics B score killed any chance of me getting that award, even though its somewhat not significant for me at this point in time. I was so close. =(

(And I love how lots of guests are lurking in this thread. Lulz)

I think you'll still get it, you just need an average of 4, and 4s on 8 of the tests.

I know the requirements well, in the weeks leading up to the exams I found myself calculating the lowest possible score I could get on Comparative Politics and still get the award.

Bolded to emphasize the condition I didn't fulfill. Tongue1

Eh? You have 6 5s and 2 4s, right? That's 8 scores of 4 or above. You need 40 points total for an average of 4 with 10 tests, and you have 41 without counting Eng Lit.

I don't get it o.O

Also, I just found out there's an AP International Diploma for people applying to study outside of the US. The only requirement I didn't fulfill: 1 AP test in a world language. I knew I should've taken AP French >.>

In order to qualify for the AP National Scholar award, I must have an average score of 4 in 8 or more exams, and scores of 4 in 8 or more exams. I will likely not get this award because I got a 3 in AP Physics B, and that doesn't satisfy the second condition.

Apparently I wasn't as well prepared for Calc as I felt, even though I walked away with a 99 in our AP Calc class...

The main concept I didn't learn by the test was slope between two curves, which happened to appear all over the place so oh well. I wanted to take Calc at Uni level anyway.

Lit doesn't help or hurt me at all so meh.

The slope between two curves? You mean the slope between two points? The mean-value theorem? The slope of a parametrized curve?

Area between two curves, sorry. It was late and we made nicknames for everything in Calc so it was easier to remember and I mixed up some theorems at 2 in the morning apparently.

Yeah, making nicknames for Calc terms and topics may not be a good idea, because that could throw your mind off during the exam. =\

5 in AP European History. Last year I got a 5 in AP World History.

History is the only thing I'm good at. Frown

Calc BC - 5
Chemistry - 5 (Better than I thought I did)
US Gov't - 5

I was just checking my student center page on my college's site when I stumbled upon these scores. A very pleasant surprise. They're missing my AP Euro score though. I guess I must have messed up filling out my info since that was my first AP. Has anyone experienced the same thing? I hope I didn't throw away the student packet...

Is the AP Euro score unavailable, I'm guessing? =\

So, everyone in my class got a 5 on the Calculus AB Exam (the teacher emailed us ah ha ha.)

Still waiting for my AB Bio score. I hope I got a 5 on it, since I screwed up on one of the essays a little bit and 4 multiple choice questions.
