@mlnlberry, if you knew or researched the profession system you'd see how it was applicable. Moreover, it would undoubtedly answer many other questions you might have, and you'd be more learned in case someone asks you a question about it.

Issue #18. Life Drain is proc based. There is a 5% chance to recover 10% of the damage you deal as HP. Are you sure the case isn't you not hitting the proc?

Also, issue #10 is an error with the skill tool tip, not the key combination.
