It comes with the second patch, age of artisans. The personality system is attached to the professional one.

The extension time isn't important. It's how many emergency server checks there are after that matter. Nothing like playing for half an hour, having a 4 hour maintenance, playing another hour, just to have the game go down another 8 hours that usually gets me.

Those emergency sc's that take up atleast the length of the original patch really piss me off. Spend the extra couple hours and implement the patch RIGHT the first time!
