Wrong. The pole that should be fast(5) is the 130 one. The 140 is slow (8) in Kms.

According to char.wz file,in kms they have changed it to fast(5).

Weapon Speed is outlined in red. They're the same. The level 140 polearm has been Fast(5) since it was actually released into kMS. It was only Slow(8) briefly in Tespia.
