Nexon posted a patch for GMS version 98 upgrade to version 99.
You may download this patch from their official site and begin [thread=13610]creating your pre-patcher[/thread] now.
Extractions and database updates will be forthcoming (if supported)!

Not nearly as big as the MSEA Episode 2 patch (300MB? Holy Crap.) that doesn't contain duplicates or a Map.wz in Item.wz.
But it would be nice to see if they added something different not in the Tespian patch.
