Why would someone know your email info?

Seems I've been blocked from buying every single type of NX now. Just tried all of them and I get..

"Error

You have reached this page through an error.
Return to the Charge NX page.(Code:0)" every time.

The email verification is a 1 time thing. After you set up your security questions it's entirely that afterwards.

You can probably still submit tickets to request an email change and fax them your information.

And about NX....yeah can;t seem to charge anything, even by Paybycash.

... I can't charge NX through PayByCash anymore. The PayPal block was extended to PayByCash as well.

Sent them a ticket, got an automated reply saying, in essence, "if you've a problem with PayByCash, take it up with them", and ticket was auto-closed. Sent a question to PayByCash. We shall see.

That's what I'm trying to avoid, because I don't have any way to Fax.

Seems too coincidental for PayByCash to change their payment options on the very same day Nexon updates its website.
Seems more likely that the new website is incorrectly interacting with PayByCash.
I just hope I don't get billingpp-blocked for trying to charge today.

ARE YOU SERIOUS!? Even with this option, I STILL can't change my email, because my old one doesn't exist anymore!
Now I'm stuck with a non-existing email forever, GG.

What do you mean "doesn't exist"? If it's been deleted, you can create one exactly like it.

The new site looks really nice. Poptag seems to be missing from the front page though.

Try clicking the Play button at the top right of the screen, should let you open the client.

I was surprised they still worked and that the session didn't expire after the payment I've made. I tried going ahead with the payment and using Moneybookers as always, since the form was still filled with the correct information and all. Well, right after paying, a mail from charge@nexon.net arrived to my inbox and I've got my NX. Lol.

It's a risky way (you might lose your money), and it gives "session expired" if you try refreshing the page or anything, and that link becomes unusable. But it works. For now. And I guess I'm going to use this until they fix it. Because, sadly, they probably will.
After then, I guess they'll lose another customer. Not buying overpriced NX codes from other sites, that's sure.

My old email was an "Adelphia.net" email, which doesn't exist anymore, because Comcast bought the company out. The ISP no longer exists.

Any idea if there'd be a way to get to one of those links without having any history of it in my browser? I have 23 euros in my Moneybookers account that I can't withdraw because I forgot the birthday (>_>) and I don't know of any other sites that I can use the remaining currency with. Pretty annoyed about this, won't be able to charge NX anymore. T_T
