Another thing is that people normally kill them rather quickly, so they often never get to attack whatsoever. They don't attack at the rate as other monsters do, they stay idle for quite a bit, then attack, and repeat.
No. They could not use the fat arse lollipop when CWK was released, and not during the following years either. It took MP and the Lep had 0.

I hunted a lot of Leps before and during Big Bang, I never seen them use a lollipop move before. They just stood there the whole time.

I hunted them before Big Bang and they could.
I first noticed it when Leprechauns were ''the spot'' for making easy meso if you were unfunded and low level.

You had to be close up infront of them, they also do the attack at a very low rate for whatever reason.

Or at least that's what I remember someone explaining to me a few months back.
Actually pre-BB they would only use after recovering from stun. I only learned this because I was bored on a brawler and used bsb on one

So it looks like nexon was smart enough not to put in that "Exclusive" content. Unless it's the 100 day heart mobs or the moon bunny thing. In which case, I would laugh.

Can you give more info on the upgraded wedding rings?

You need to buy a coupon in the Cash Shop (it was 2k NX in kMS) and take it to Amoria and trade in your current ring to get the new one. That part is permanent. But there is also an event when this update comes where you can skip the 30/100 days requirement by collecting heart bubbles from mobs.
Obviously the 100 day ring is better than the 30 day ring, but the stats also depend on the type of wedding you bought. I think they only affect the actual stats (int, dex, str, luk) though, not things like the attack.

Usually when I stunned them, they would use their fire breath attack. I never saw the lollipop pre BB though.

I've been married for +100 days, so I can qualify?

Yep.
Also, you have to do the 30 day commitment before the 100 day commitment, and you need a coupon for both. So, 4k NX is mandatory lol.

Wonder if we will get our reset scroll upon log in or if we will have to rage out for a day like last time.

Um, I can't really answer that because kMS' original wedding rings (before the upgrade) don't have effects. And the new rings don't have effects either. So if they copy paste it, you'll lose the effect.

Personally, I would like to know more about the added skills in the 1st job classes. These skills don't show up in the Ultimate Skill tables. We saw in the Cannon Shooter thread that they start with a skill that increases stats. In the Skill Changes list, we see things like Elemental Weakness for mages. Is there a place on SP.net that has these hidden skills listed????? Namely -
Guardian Armor
Elemental Weakness
Nature's Balance
Magic Theft
Fortune's Favor
EDIT: These skills appear in the Modules under the PvE skills in the Chaos listings. Any chance we could see the extracted English versions of these skills????
