It's definitely no substitute for really choice meats, but it's definitely got potential for crisis situations.
Thought the cure to world hunger was eating insects as part of your diet. You'd be surprised how much protein those little buggers pack.
They'll most likely fiond a way to make the process efficient enough to be cheaper than regular meat.

Problem with insects is that they are hard to create and "herd", you always end having to filter them onto a net to get them.
Not to mention eating insects suffers from the same problem as eating shit meat.
