I usually just watch TV or grind in silence.

I go windowed mode and play videos on the other side. =O

For me, it really depends. Normally I leave my normal BGM on but if the BGM is too corny, MUTE FTW!!!

Seriously just leave the BGM on. I like most of them and the atmosphere really gets me into the game more.

You and me both I dont like listening to music while grinding, gets me away from the game
I guess my favorite would be Time temple music, i travel there in KMS just to hear the music lol. Yeah its a waste of time but sooo worth it XD

Try the ultra beatdown album. Those songs are much better than TTFAF. Though, after beating it on GH3 i'm sick of it.

Anyway, Yellowcard is quickly becoming my favorite band. If only they had more songs. Other than that, Boys Like Girls (ick, only like a few of their songs) and Breaking Benjamin.

If you want more fast paced stuff, try OUTSIDE that Dragonforce song, and Dragonforce itself. If you want, I can make you a list of bands that are similar.

Watch movies in windowed mode or just watch TV. Don't do the whole music while grinding thing anymore.
