Haven't seen these in quite a while.

I think this was supposed to take place in the regular scheduled maintenance but I guess that exploit murdered that.

zzz. That lowers the chances of my shad getting unglitched this week lol.

Pretty sure effects are never permanent.
When there was still the option to buy something permanent at all times, you couldn't get rings/effects permanent. (Sadly)

they can be, or at least, you could buy them perma before BB.
am sad i never bought that matrix effect in perma.

thanks I think I will wait for chaos... because who knows? maybe nexon put the old permanent system back (you know androids are coming...)

That little bird effect they had last week in CS had no expiration so I assume they can be perma. Though I never saw a perma effect I wanted before. During the perma equip phase I checked all the effects I liked and there was no perma option to buy.

o.o You could have anything in the Effect page perma, even after they removed all the perma equips they left perma effects for a couple patches. I have a bunch of those perma choco hearts.

well, a few days before BB a pal got the matrix effect in perma, considering i see her every day, i can guarantee they were perma.

Nexon stated on their site that effects weren't perma when the whole perma system came out, but they were lol. That's what confused people I think.
