10% to fall in love effect. Cant be cubed?

Okay so I got myself a czak helm and it had potential.
I used a magni glass and got this effect to fall in love.
I really REALLY hate it because it doesnt fit my character at all.

So I buy 10 cubes to get rid of it.
Every single cube let the effect stay and resets the other line.
Can I really be this unlucky or is it glitched or cant it be cubed at all?
I feel like I was scammed... x_x

I don't think it's glitched... those "10%" effects are extremely common on rare hats.

But the same effect 10 times in a row?
I know I failed 7 90% scrolls before in a row on all my reverse equips but again this crap...?

That 10% feels like 40%+.

if it makes you feel better, my chaos zakum helm has a +10 dex potential that i need to equip my items and also comes with a 10% chance to rage face, so i can't recube it until i cover that 10 dex >.O

Those stupid "10% to feel X" is the sole reason why my sister is never revealing her Czak helm. She got it pre-potential'd and cubed it to get to back to "Hidden Potential" status to avoid the stupid status effects.

It was 2line rare, so I was trying to get it to 3line, but the 2nd P.Cube made it become 3line AND Epic at the same time. Much rage was thrown at me from TakeBacker.

Why didnt I think of this before x_x?

I have 10% chance to feel happy on my 3% str helm.

As a paladin, it feels like the few chances i do get hit, its just me trolling others for taking such little damage, i actually like the effect in this instance.

I have a raccoon mask so I'm safe.


Also, I bought a 3 line epic class-equip for 40mil. Sure, doesn't have the +17 str of a Scarlion, but it has the same potential lines, and it was way cheaper.
