I was thinking it would be a gm like position.

As tempting as a job sounds there, I think I'm a lot better off being the little person I am now. For all I know, their organization is a mess, with the reorg. and the desire for manager/direction/Sr. positions to be filled and whatnot.

Also, I don't live near California.
