What does it mean when the center of your chest feels like...
#1
It's full of energy. Yeah I know this borders on the ridiculous but it feels like there's a mass of heat but not a hot heat... like an hollow shell containing a small flame. I also have an extreme abundant amount of energy, more then I've ever had before.

Passion? Drive? Anger?

Nothings happen to me recently that would stir any emotions. I can feel it in my throat now as well.

You're feeling like there's fire burning in your chest?

Do you smoke?

No and No.

A less poetic description. You ever drink cold medicine... it's like that but more intense and condensed. And the energy feels like a sugar rush that keeps building up.

Can you list what have you done before you get this feeling?

I have this feeling all of the time. It's pretty much excess energy your body doesn't use that you need to use up some other way, whether it be running around the block a few times, working out, or just screaming at the top of your lungs for whatever reason.

You just need to let go and do something that requires a high amount of energy.

The only thing out of the ordinary is that I had a cold yesterday and took some medicine for it almost 24 hours ago (Dayquill). The cold and the effect of the medicine was gone by nightfall. I just woke up hyper and heated. I even tried to double my morning work out routine to burn the excess energy, now my body is tired but my "motor" is still running on turbo.

I did mix (took within 20 minutes) to types of medicine, the dayquill, Bupropion, and Tylonol during the morning i woke up with the cold.

Probably that. But apparently you've got some sort of High from the mixing of the medicines, so i'd encourage you not to do so again xD If you really are worried, go to a free clinic/call your doctor.

I also have something similar sometimes, and I don't use medicine or something like that. I like them because they are the most productive times for me.
