Ok, let's just say I've been looking for a certain video game. I played it when I was little (5-6 years old?), I'm now 19. I played it on the PC back then, but I'm assumnig the actual game was on either the Famicom system, or something of the like. It's 2-D.
It's about "Journey to the West" (click here if you don't know what that is), and you could use Sun Wukong (Monkey King/God), or any of the other characters. It's like an adventure game, sort of. You run around and hit enemies, and you get to a boss, I think? I've been looking on Google, and I can't find pictures of the game I'm looking for, or url's to download it, and so on, GAH. f3.
PS: Sun Wukong rules, f`uck yeah to a talking monkey that has an extendable bow! I could beat the pumpernickel out of people with that stuff!

I believe it might possibly have a reincarnation on the Wii in the Wiiware or w/e the other shop it is called. I remember something about a game with a monkey in it and it was like Galaga, but sideways...
Yes/no?

I loved Journey to the West when I was young, such an interesting story.
I might've played that game before too :f6:, I just don't remember.
PS: It's not a bow

Galaga? Never heard of it. But yeah, it was sideways. You either went to the left, or to the right.
EDIT: Bow, staff, eh. I often get these terms confused, but they are similar. Not Bow+Arrow, of course. xP;

Definitely not that. It's probably on the Super Famicom console.. maybe. Like I said, it's incredibly hard to find. x_O

It wasn't in English, I believe. This was back when I played it on the PC in Vietnam, at the time, even SNES games were available on the PC (have no clue how), like Primal Rage for example. So I'm assuming it was a Chinese game for whatever system, but playable on the PC. I've been doing extensive searches, and can't find it at all. Closest game to it would be Oriental Legends 2. >_> But that's not it.. however, the graphics and style is VERY similar..

I think you mean "bo staff." You spelled "bo" wrong.
If it was on the Super Famicom, of course it'd be in Japanese.

There was a very old game that I was looking for too (Megaman X2). I used to play it back when I was like 5 or 6. I tried to find it using Google, but all they had was some crappy one lvl version that isnt even like the original gameplay.
If anyone knows where a guy can play Megaman X2 again, I'd like to know

Here you go
I tried it, and it seems to work properly. It is indeed a game, at least.

An SNES emulator is your best friend.
PM me if you need one.

I searched it in Korean. I'll have to look again. Late.
