UPDATE: Added pirate option in new Party Search function.
UPDATE: Added pirate magazine ad and article.
UPDATE: Added full of "The Strange Omen" pre-pirate quest.
Lol, I'd really like to see all u Global people freak out when u see this >_> Yeah, i get a kick out of it. There's a quest called "A Strange Omen" from Lisa in Orbis, its the pirate sneak quest. I'll do it and post screenshots of it tomorrow when i have the time.
Pre-Pirate Preview Quest: The Strange Omen
LoL, since when was Kyrin (Kairin, whatever) a "he"?!?! it didnt happen only once, as u can see above. MSEA / Asiasoft error, or the guy who added / translated this conversation has some serious eye problems.
Off-topic: i made this thread not cos i'm yet another one of those lame pirate fanatics, i'm just a very bored guy with nothing to do and a lot of time in his hands...

Well, Asiasoft is dropping TOO many hints, no? First the 60% Gun and Knuckle scrolls from quests. Then the 100% ones which can be made by Mr. Do in Mu Lung. Then the GMs keep using the 3rd job / 4th job Simulation (Super Transform, whatever) skill over and over again til we're too lazy to take screenshots. Then the pre-pirate quests. Then the pirate job option in the Party Search function. And now this...
Off-topic: Why do some Global people keep making fun of Asians? As in, with "azn" in their IGN and their comments, blah blah blah. Not siding with SP, but mostly i see this in BM / SW forums. Well, i'm Asian, and i'm proud to be one

Im guessing that Global may, just may, get the prequests in the next patch, seeing as we have a hint of it already, and it would make sense that we get it at the same time as MSEA, at least it does to me.

that's easy to suggest:
0.61 = New Haunted House + Singapore + Pre Pirates
0.62 = Pirates
0.63 = Magatia/CWK II [Probably Magatia]
0.64 = CWK II/Magatia [Probably CWK II]
and then 2009 starts.

Our next patch should be on November 12, since the Halloween event ends on that day.
There are two other quests related to pirates. One from leafre and the other from ludi. Still busy with the mansion quests to do the pirate quests.

We'll see what happens in the halloween patch, I reckon we'll be getting that part of the area too. (If not, I'll kick + headbutt everyone in school who plays MSEA that brags in front of me =P).
I'm predicting that pirates would come out in MSEA roughly around the same time that GMS gets it. (Like what happened to Ariant)
Well have fun with pirates should your version get it first =P.

That means one month must have at least two patches. :O
Unless you don't mean it literally , and just the new theme begins.

Key word there being tentatively, though. Didn't something similar happen with CWK? Items could not be redeemed until after the patch.
...Actually, has there been a Masteria expansion with every patch that added iTCG?

uh, that depends on your definition of expansion. I would include lore in that, so my answer would be yes. If you're asking, though, if every patch with TCG added new maps to Masteria, the answer is no. In fact the Crimsonwood patch is the only time that occurred, lol.
Set 1 came out in November. At that time we naturally learned all the background from those items, but this was also when the Turkey Commandos were running around.
Set 2 was late February, added all those items but no direct changes to NLC.
Set 3 was May, at the time the Fake bosses of HH and Geist were spawning in NLC and we had Cakes and Cake bosses of GMS creation running around. Added Corine to NLC.
Set 4 was August, Crimsonwood, enough said. :p
Set 5 is going to be weird... it's based around Zakum. Will it be located near NLC? The connection for set 3 and set 4 were loose (Set 3, Pets, had weapons which involved pets to upgrade. Set 4, Heroes, had mostly equips from Stirgeman, a so-called "Superhero" [though IMO he's a mass murderer of Stirgeman capes ]). Will the connection be just as loose for set 5? Will it even be related at all?

VERY nice point. What else could they add to Zakum? And a 90 card set-not divisible by 4, but is by 5, so they might add pirates to the card set as well. the november 11 patch might be a different patch:i think the next patch will be monday because the 2x event for Team A is over, and that the last event for the patch. So yeah

What's divisibility have to do with anything?

4 classes, every card has a class, 90/4 isnt a whole number. In every other set all classes had an even amount of cards.

Thanks for proving my point And yeah, you forgot to say that 90 IS divisible by 5, including Pirate, so that would be 18 cards each class.

I would hope that if they planned on introducing a new class they'd give them more than 18 cards to start out with. XD maybe 30/15/15/15/15 or something.

Rofl, that would be so uneven, for those who actually play it
But yeah Nexon thinks strangely, so who knows
