Content != GMS exclusive content. It is true they've only used the term for exclusive content so far, but it may just be a coincidence that they introduced the term on a Masteria patch.

I'm almost willing to bet they introduced all these "terms" around the epic masteria patch just so Nexon could look like they are turning a new leaf and becoming more professional. By saying content patch, they mean additions to the game. I remember people were getting pissed when we get a patch, but then turns out nothing happens but a bug fix.

Hm, Nexon added that banner in a recent blog on MySpace and I was just about to mention it until I saw this XD

Well, it's good to know that Nexon is definitely acknowledging their release of Pirates,rather than floating around the subject and making it vague enough to mean anything.
