So um.. About Nexon's Customer Service..

Well I got hacked a looong time ago, (February '10) like legitimately (never gave out pass or any info to anyone, etc, yeah you've heard it before).

Anyways I sent in a ticket then, and it's still a work in progress without any responses since November '10, which were all automated responses saying something to the likes of, "We haven't forgotten about you; we're still working on it."

So I recently came back to Maple and yeah, is there anything I can do about it to get their attention on my ticket?

I lost about ~3b worth of stuff (for what it was worth back in the days), which probably isn't a lot to many of you, but to me,

I'm pretty sure that they don't really answer "I got hacked" tickets.

What? Have they been found? Where were they?

Does Nexon actually investigate these things...?

I know that Asiasoft scarcely ever does, and even if they do, it's a zero percent change that you'll get it back. If the impression I get is accurate, they just delete it off of the suspected hacker. On all other occasions they just try to satisfy you by sending you assuring, automated emails while they ignore the issue.

not true since nexon recovered my account after 7months.

just wait, your best bet is wait, wait and wait, I got hacked around july 2009, and nexon recovered my account, items, ign, etc in march 2010.

pretty much GM Tiara did everything, and I met her ingame where she dropped all my equips back.

I don't think your case was typical. A lot of people were wondering why you got special treatment.

Anyway, it has already been 16-18 months since the main account hacking outbreak.
