My family has one but its not the weird ass kettle thing, its a water bottle like thing that you squeeze to control the amount of water being pumped into yur nose.

I want to try one of these out. They look like they might bring some relief.

God, I just watched it, and she made it look so neat. In reality right after you finish with one nose and the water is flushed out, a huge blob of mucus follows and splats into the sink, and you blow like 3-4 tissues trying to get it all out.

U must be doan it wrong, or I had alot less mucus than you....

If my allergies get really bad both of my nostrils gets clogged up. I mean, you should really be doing this twice per day, but I only do it if my allergies get really bad.

My problem is sinus inflammation, so I doubt this would help me (Yay for Zyrtec!).

I can't believe so few people have heard of Neti pots. You can either get them as gravitational flow devices seen in the traditional, iconic forms posted in the OP and succeeding videos, or in a positive pressure squeeze container as mentioned before. They're wonderful for nasal congestion, allergies, and alleviating any other symptoms or issues associated with nasal passages. Ya'll should try them out the next time you catch a cold or get any kind of head illness.
