Do the mobs at Kaede Castle still drop the elusive shield scrolls?

I suddenly remembered that place was supposedly a gold mine for the patient. However, I'm trying to double check before I go there and end up wasting my time, thanks to Big Bang shuffling the drop tables around. If needed, feel free to PM the answer.

It's less that it is a real gold mine and more that it is the only place that drops it.
