Items Dissapearing

Hello, around 3 days ago my bro told me he had 300m missing from his account, atfirst I told him that it he prolly accidently bought somthing but today after he finnished training he got dced (in CWK ..not sure if that makes a diff ) and his 12 luk earings vanished, so I xfered the irreplacable items to my account but does anyone know what we can do? and has this happened to anyone else?

did he make the item from scratch (ie, found all scrolls and earrings) or bought from another person (either as one, partly scrolled, scrolls seperatly, etc)

he might have bought something that was used to make them from a hacker/duper (if they are still around)

he bought it from some shop 3 weeks ago I doubt that its gonna dissapear if the person who made them made them illegitly

It used to disappear and get the owner banned ON a server check...

So,i think there's no chance to be a "duped earring"

It may be a bug or something,all you can do now,is submit a ticket and wait ~~2 months till they answer

well, items dont dissapear this way (in mts they did ), if you check story, first 300mi gone, and after 12 luk earrings, is a little odd just items with high value are desappearing and i never heard nothing about that. maybe is nexon fail but look more with hacker stealing for me
