Possible archer hero spoiled?

It's just an elf, theres no indication they use a bow or anything for that matter. Stop stereotyping elves lol.

Wit hall that being said, his point remains. No indication they use a bow. Everyones just assuming it's an archer legend because of archer updates. Idk i'll wait and see what it is before I call it the archer legend. I sort of don't want new classes in game right now.. Stuff is getting pretty chaotic and ugly imo.

You pretty much just said what everyone else has all ready said Why don't you want new classes? The Resistance brought with them a whole new area for training for both high and low levels. It's very possible that other classes can do the same as well. Aran brought Rien, sure it was just a training area for very low level Arans but, then came Evan. Evan started in Henesys but, Afrien was found on a VERY Rien like island. On top of that the penguins talk about how the power of the Black Mage is causing the Island to break apart. So it's very possible if this IS the archer legend(or when she comes) she might not start in Rien, but still pay homage to it with maybe even a higher leveled training area or even as Aslemn made, Future Rien.

And: "Nexon’s press release says it’s a new character that joins Cygnus, Lilin, Valerie and Aran with their dance."

No one thought that it could be a new class(Like Warrior,Thief,etc.) other than a Legend?

Something like Bard/Dancer from RO,maybe?

I thought it had been said that they were done with adventurer classes. Besides, it only makes sense for it to be a Legend.

I realize this but I was showing him how his explanation as to why everyone is thinking archer legend isn't very good. Also I said I don't want new classes because the game is getting very untidy.. Sure it's nice to have large variety but things are getting pretty crazy in my opinion. I think we should just wait and see when it's released rather than label her archer legend from now.

I have to agree, they haven't been shown to be capable of making any original archer attacks since they released fourth job (I don't count the jaguar moves as archer attacks).

Why does everybody speculate so much? You all know it's not going to make a difference what your theory is be it right or wrong that Nexon already has plans made with the character they've promoted. Just sit back and enjoy the ride rather than trying to be an unheard backseat driver. :/

Speculation is half the fun of the game. What could or will be is always fun. Plus then you can have "bragging rights" if you were close or right

I do see the booty shaking kind of sexual, but come on you people overexaggerate. I see the video both related to KMS's current anniversary and even asian culture (they remind me of girl's generation which were models for MS years back).

I hope this makes it to GMS in time, I would totally take the video alone over a bunch of stupid reused events. And just so everyonoe is happy, take the freaking 5 seconds of booty shaking out of the 1.48 minutes long video.

Edit: Also I support the idea of that girl in the video possibly being the next legend, probably archer. If you take a look at all the elements around her in the video (Her armor, the buildings, the enviroment and that she's an elf) they look like nothing we already got in game, so why taking the time to create all of that if they could have reused already existant content? For example, lady Syl, Female Evan, Oz and Irena?.

To add to what I said in the other thread, I believe the only Elf in the maple world, other than the 4th job instructors is no one else than Athena Pierce, precicely the archer instructor. (might be wrong)

I could totally make up a backup story with just this much, like Athena had a daughter back in Elf land, which she left behind to fight the black Mage along humans. This girl now has come to the maple world looking for her mother when a random destiny event reveals her as the successor of one of the 5 heroes.

You're thinking way too hard. If you watch the video again carefully, you will see the girls, Lilin, Cygnus and Aran were training and practicing their choreographies, it is easier to assume this character was also practicing her steps while playing music.
