Just found a Devil's Sunrise (lvl 90 2H sword) that has 3% total damage for the Pot.
Is that good? I would use it for my DW so I don't need to worry about end game weapons etc.
Keep it? 100% it? keep it clean for selling later? Swap it out for a appropriate lvl sword as I lvl?
I have ok funding, but I do not to waste to much messo on my DW, I am really only making it for blessing + a UA

Assuming it's an average or above average attack, if you can get like 5 60%s to work on it, you'd be set for your DW to get it to 120. You don't really need to fund it that much considering how strong it is to start with.

In my experience of having leveled several characters past 120 post-BigBang, you don't even need to scroll anything seriously. Using 100%'s can go along way especially for a class with a trivial "end game" like a Dawn Warrior. I leveled a Dawn Warrior, Wild Hunter, Bishop (my 4th one), and some other classes to 120 since BigBang using minimal funding and mostly 100% scrolling on cheap weapons (level 80 and 90). Keep in mind this means no Zakum helmet, normal AP builds (with the exception of the Dawn Warrior since they're better off as pure STR), and clean gear outside of weaponry. All of these were done in the time span of approximately two weeks. Though if you really need to use strong gear for whatever reason, it's better to borrow than to make permanent items for yourself especially since the journey of a Dawn Warrior ends at 120.
To carry your way through to 120, I would say it relies less on funding and more on your own knowledge and dedication towards that goal.
