You have to go to your 4th job instructor to get it. Better than not getting any of your skill books as a Dual Blade/Evan.

Was downloading fine [for a few hours] and now it's perma-timed out, won't reconnect to download. Site is still up but I'm not sure it's working anymore. :|

Good God my downloading speed went from 170ish KB/s to 30 KB/s. -_-

yea i just uninstall tespia and re downloading the .exe file. I had went to the tespia site and use their download client. When you reinstall tespia dont install it in your nexon folder put it a new folder on your c drive. Mine is working now =)

Agree'd. The lag is awful and well.. the NPC is horribly-coded. It only gives Mastery Books to certain classes and some like MW 10 are even missing. It also keeps only giving a weapon instead than a set to other classes than Adventurers.

They obviously haven't used my suggestion of giving out potential scrolls and miracle cubes as well to be able to fight high-level bosses. Now it'd probably be irrelevant, but when they'll release the Empress Cygnus it won't be. Literally nobody will obviously be able to defeat her (unless they de-buff her or something), making the whole thing almost pointless.

What's the point in testing if you can't even do it correctly?

Now, I don't want to sound like the one who always complains about everything. They've surely done a good job with the NPC. I actually thought they'd have left it as it was before. But it's also true they could've coded it much, much better than it is. It looks like they've put really little effort into it.
