Question about Magatia

So the magatia capes don't give any stats? dain...

And as for the Magatia PQ, are there any prerequisites? (eg. doing certain quests)

I don't know about the 70 forms, but the 35 forms give small amounts of speed and jump (like 3 and 5)

my friend from kMS says the lvl 70 ones give 8 speed and 5 jump. cant confirm, though.
