Question regarding % att Buffs

So, my Mechanic have the Robot Amplifier skill which adds +20% Buff-DMG.
So when i use Hurricane on my BM with 200% DMG will it be 220% when im in the range of the amplifier?

so in the End 220%+possible SE-DMG?
Or how does it work exactly?!

I hope its clear enough what i want to know lol.

200% * 1,2 *(SE-Multiplier) = 240% * SE-Multiplier

right`?
