#1
How does it work? Like... Serebii says certain pokemon only appear with x amount of dream points but I don't see any counter anywhere.

I think if you get 500 dream points the next pokemon uploaded will level up once as well.

bottom lists the table of how to get points. doesnt seem that bad, you just need to have at least 10 friends that you can water berries. (i think the max is 20, 2 water drops per watering and max is 20...)

Has anyone actually found a way to add friends? Maybe it just takes longer than expected to upload the info from the cartridge.

Or did people to change their privacy settings >_> It is set to "nobody" as default....

What I did to add friends was go to random people's islands and requested to be dream-friends with them.

Yes. Once you request a person to be your friend and they accept, a rainbow bridge will bind the two of your islands together. Until then you will only ever have that one random island. After that point their island (and any subsequent islands of any future friends) will always appear alongside one random island. I don't know if all the islands of your dream-friends will appear at once, however.

I don't want strangers as my friends, though. I only want Southperry players. And you can only get friends from the tree at the end of rainbow isle so... pretty dumb.

Sarah, by "friends at the end of the rainbow tree," you mean pokemon right? That's the only kind of friend you can get from the rainbow tree. People are met from the dream map.

If you check the dream world tab from your profile you should see a list of friends that you've made through trades and befriending them after requesting it at their isle home. I'd ask cookie about the specifics, actually, he seems to know what the deal is.

No, the people hanging off the tree. You can visit their homes and befriend them from there. The people on your friends page aren't connected to your dream world for some reason that is beyond logic.
