If he has tried different browsers, and all are treating this with the same reaction, then I havnt the foggiest about what is going on. All I can suggest is checking your flash settings, and if nothing is amiss... then uninstall/reinstall flash I suppose. (However, I do not foresee reinstalling flash to fix anything of this sort)
