Black and White recent happenings thread!

It seems like the egg mechanics have changed this generation. As usual, I saved before I accepted the egg and proceeded to hatch to check for natures and IVs. Nothing seemed out of the ordinary, but after my 5th egg the nature changed. Has this happened to anyone else?

Do you mean you soft resetted 5 times and the 5th time you got a different nature? Or just 5 different eggs?

If its the latter than thats normal, [im assuming you used the everstone trick] the everstone nature pass down was always a 50 / 50 chance I thought.

I soft resetted the same egg, and on the 5th time I got a different nature.

EDIT~ I've gotten a different gender and ability too.... This is going to be tough getting a decent poke.

(One Grass Pokemon on my list can only be found in Black and the other Grass Pokemon can only be found in White.)

Appearance rates on some Pokemon seem off. Or I am just unlucky.

Here's an image of every single Pokemon. It's their shiny forms though. There's probably one with their normal colors out there somewhere, but I'm too lazy to look right now. You can pick ones that you think she'll find cute, since it's just opinionated. I find Mew to be one of the most cute Pokemon, but not many people like it because it looks like a fetus or something.

So I find a good trade for a shiny level 100 Gyarados (Any Excavalier). I check Excavalier on GTS, I need a Jellicent (any). Okay, easy enough. Got one in 20 mins. Checked GTS to make sure trades were there still, they were. I spend 10 mins just trying to get excavalier due to GTS kicking me off. I then get kicked as I select Gyarados...so annoying stupid GTS. My internet is fine, it works with Nintendo WFC, so why am I kicked so much?

No, its empty if you take too long to get there. It will never fill up on its own, you have to steal people from other games.

Okay! Day 6 of my English Black playthrough.

Thanks to Piggy, I got a Solosis egg and proceeded to breed a Modest Magic Guard Solosis that I could name for myself. It took about 13 eggs, but I finally got one. Not worrying about IVs at the moment so I think I'll keep her.

I'm thinking about possible Pokemon to fill a sixth slot in my team. Contenders are Cinccino, Vanilluxe and Carracosta. I already used Cinccino and Vanilluxe on my Japanese Black team, so I'm really leaning towards Carracosta (which is quite usable and is a decent physical wall). Here's my current team, grinding up to all-30 before I challenge Elesa:
