Erm...if you mean the Ludibrium Maze PQ, then it is 51-70.

If you mean the Mu Lung PQ (which is incorrect, it is in Herb Town and is also referred to as Pirate PQ, or PPQ), then it is 55-100.

Mu Lung PQ doesn't seem to have a level limit. Mu Lung PQ is not Herb Town PQ.

I'm level 21 on KMS and whenever I try to click the MLPQ NPC it says something in Korean with a 25. So I guess IT is 25. I don't think there isn't a level limit.

The general level limit to be able to enter MLPQ at all is Level 25.

For parties theres another limit, the lowest level of the party is only allowed to be MAX 30 levels below the highest level of the party. e.x.: when the highest level in the party is level100, the lowest level can be 70.
