So he judges others harshly when he tries to do his job?

he doesn't do his job thats it. This moron doesn't understand that we are his pay check every week so he would rather win the argument and lose the customer then admit hes either

a. Way over his head and needs assistance
b. Has no clue what he is doing
c. Several other factors I'd rather not go about in
