New (?) maple feature
#1
Im not sure if this was known, or posted, but I figured I would share it.

 Ooh, ahh~

The glowing dots is what we are looking at. Basically, what your looking at is the location of where that NPC is. Bad part is it only works for quests that are available.. Rolleyes Cool none the less~
EDIT: oops, forgot to mention, you need to double click on the npc in the available section. XD

Which glowing dots? The only ones I'm seeing are the blue ones, which are towns...

Then again, we've already established that I'm pineappling blind when it comes to these things.

Open up a quest log, and double click one of the NPCs (as in, the actual picture of them) in there. The World Map will pop up with a highlighted location of where that NPC is, if possible. :X

Notice how the markers indicating Ellinia, Kerning City and Florina Beach are normal blue color, while indicators for the other towns seem to be glowing.

I still don't understand how Nexon could forget to put up Ariant on the World Map.

Magatia was released before world maps, maybe that's it. SEA released a tweaked map of ariant alone, with half the map empty. Looked awful, so maybe they'll add it with Magatia.

The glowing dot on the world map has been available for a while, since v.56, I think. There's a tutorial on Maple Island on this feature, but I never figured out how to use it. Rolleyes

Thanks for sharing.

its because the ariant world map includes magantia in it. they cant put up the world map for a city we dont have, and they cant just use paint and put a black square on it.

I see that the arrow is pointing to Maple Island. If you were in Masteria, where would the arrow be pointing then?

They could've tweaked it like MapleSEA did.
