I'm really worried about everyone over there, especially my friends and their families.

From all I'm reading, people are mostly fine. Just property damage and crap, obviously, but unlike New Orleans Japan actually knew to get the hell out of mother nature's way while they could.

From what I've been hearing from a live news stream, there are tons of people missing, lost under landslides, and some people are reported dead from wall collapses/building collapses. Oil refineries are exploding, which could cause a lot more problems too.

Only time will tell how much damage has actually been caused. I don't think they can give a definite word any time soon.

Of course, I'm not saying there are no tragedies. As a whole, it would seem most people are safe.

indeed, i prefer dogs, because they can actually do something if you need them too, but darn if i don't respect a cat's ability to simply not give a single one.

Edit - Wat, really? Localhostr didn't shrink my image that was 6000 x 6000 before, but shrinks this? Wonder if they changed their policies a bit. May have to go hunting for a new host then.
