Cannot buy nx from the website?

Buying nx from the website doesnt work for me. I tried switching browsers, and even tried on different accounts. When I click on charge with your credit card, I get:

You have reached this page through an error.
Return to the Charge NX page.(Code:0)

And another message error pops when I try to use paypal. What is happening?

Apparently Nexon doesn't like/trust either your account or your IP address.

You can try using the "PayByCash" option. It gives a bunch of other options for payment (depending on where in the world you are located), and despite the name, some of them allow paying by credit card. Might cost a little more than $1 per 1k NX though, as these use at least two layers of payment brokerage (so Nexon doesn't lose money if your credit card is fake, one of the brokers does. That's why they let you use credit card through those when they won't accept it directly).

+1. Happened to me. Filed a ticket.... 1 month later... still waiting. 1 week after that still same status. I thanked their incompetent, close ticket, bought a copy of SC2.

Once they block you like that then it is permanent. Sending a ticket won't change anything. It should just be an account block. I can charge on some accounts but not others.

Don't worry same thing happen'd to me. Nexon just block'd your account from charging via credit card or paypal.

Why: Nexon thinks you're frauding .

Why They think like that? : You probably charged a lot during a month or so. reaching limit for a few times.( happen'd to me)

So I found out I could use PayByCash to charge and its better I only pay 31$ for 30k nx.
But Nexon went Ugly again. They Took out Interact e-payment from the list. Now I can't charge anymore.

I can get this messages at times too, but it is when I have reached the charge limit. It has always reset properly so far.

I would rather use paybycash, safer, ban free, just a a bit expensive compared to using paypal/credit card.
