At first, I dry heaved.
But then I saw the bacon explosion, and I was all "HNNNNGGGGGGGGG"

I already have small heart problems, with a sandwich like that, i'd get a free ticket to the hospital :S
Still, it's surprisingly yummy, although disgusting at the same time. :o
