Did Maple Story crash or is it just me?

well my ms works perfectly fine but some northern cali ppl are also having this problem.. something about their IP address.
their isp is AT&T and Comcast so idk.

a temporary solution for this is just steal someones internet for now if you wanna log on maple lol
