All the Koreans go to the first map with the Crocs to find parties.

Non-leeching mules don't count towards bonus, right?
So for a party of two with HS, what kind of exp am I looking at? 58285 x 1.5 (party) x 1.2 (HS) = 104913. For 12.5m HP (or is that not right either?). Unless my damage improves a lot, that adds up to under 10m exp/hr. Better than Ob4, but not even close to Ob4 on 2x/4x, that I used to have pre-Big-Bang.
So, as far as I'm concerned, BB still screwed me over.
Ah well, knew it was too good to be true.

hardly.
just because you're an unfortunate gamer, doesn't mean everybody else is.
your "fix" only applies to you.

If you had to train in a map with

Monster A: 100k HP, 500 exp

Monster B: 200k HP, 1000 exp

Monster B is better to train on.

And not all classes have slow exp rates. As a mech i get 20m/hr with HS. A WH friend gets about the same. At LHC, brandish will be really nice since it can take down 3 at once

60k exp at 12.5m hp is not very good though - 211 hp per exp. Chief guardians are 390k hp to 7k exp, or about 55 hp per exp. Unless you have that 200%+ partying exp, that hp ratio's awful.

Papulatus has 24.6m hp and gives near 1.6m exp, or 15 hp per exp. Which is why it's such good training.

BGA - 56 hp per exp, near Chief Guards.
BGB -57 hp per exp.

I think the reason numbers look bad right now is because the 250% exp boost when partying is not calculated. Also HS helps a ton, but HS can be used in both cases so I guess we can scratch that out.

Is it still bad with the 250% exp boost for partying is the real question I presume?

If the party's able to all attack at about the same rate, and gets enough spawn, then yeah, it's decent. If the party's imbalanced it's probably bad for the stronger members but pretty much as good as you'd expect for the weak ones.

I always assume you go to LHC with the full 6, otherwise you're missing huge chunks of EXP. And you can't just compare exp/hp values. While you're still killing a castle golem, a chief guard would have died already and you would have to move around the map to get to the next one, which overall slows down your EXP. At LHC, you'll always be killing something and probably not have to move around a lot.
