What I'm trying to say is this: just because we have players from all over the world in GMS, doesn't mean people will not be able to abuse PvP with mules/friends during low-traffic hours of the day, if PvP is open at all times.
Hence, the time restriction might still be applicable even in GMS. Screwing over the foreigners, but that's nothing new.

Another big part of this patch was the Cash Shop!

They remodeled the buttons you can click to buy slots for your inventory. (doesn't look that different though)
They re-released a lot of packages (Idol Star package, Battlemage package, Wild Hunter package, Bluebird package, Santa package, Hawkeye package, Penguin package, Sachiel package, Janus package, and Leopard package.)
kMS already had the payback system, where you could sell your cash shop equipment (non-expiring items of course) to the Cash Shop for 30% of the sale price (you get it in Maple Points). They have now added a full return system, which allows you to fully return an item that you have bought within the last 7 days and have not used for its full sales price (in Maple Points).

It's nice that Nexon added PvP for those that enjoy it, but they shouldn't be forcing those that don't enjoy it to participate if they want the best gear. Make it give normal rewards of exp and miscellaneous items, like GPQ. Or even nothing more than a personal score, like Omok. Those that enjoy it would still do it, just for the thrill, and the break from the grind.

And this argument works how? Say I don't like bossing, so I can't get the best pendants or helmets, among other things. That doesn't mean nexon shouldn't add good rewards for the people that do want to boss. Same logic applies to this.
