Excel QQ

anyway i need halp with excel. say you have a list of numbers in a bunch of cells like

1

etc. how do you get it so that excel organizes those numbers numerically? basically make that look like:

3

4

5

6

or

6

5

4

3

2

1

without having to do it manually.

Highlight the data and space above it.
Then go to data>>>>filter>>>autofilter.
On the empty space, there should be a arrow pointing down. Hit it and say "sort descending or ascending."

Well, I'm sure there's an easier way, but that's how I do it.

Use Data, then Sort
