it's more than likely to fix the mushie shop lock since it can lock people out of their accounts completely.

This tells me they won't Fix DC Hacks as a whole :/

Then, now might be a good time to tell them/spam their forums? *Never read nexon's forums so i have no idea how often people report all these issues*

I think you all would be rather surprised to see how many posts get posted and deleted about every single current hack, especially the whisper dc hack and every other one related to that. This is a rather interesting notice because they refer to it as "disconnect hacking" and as for the map crash everyone knows and refers to it as map crash and has been posted all over the forums in the past two weeks. And when we get dc'd we all say "I got dc hacked" which in other words in disconnect hack so we'll see.

Spam hack has been out for nearly 2 years now though, every time it gets "patched" it just gets updated again. I'm sure people have made more than just a fuss about it on Nexon's forum, and it's still there. This unscheduled SC seems like something they'd do for something that went public a little more recently, such as map crash or mushie lock.

Spam hack doesnt dc really. Its mostly the admin popup that dc people.

Well if they really fix dc hacks then whatever it takes will be worth it. But I won't hold my breath since they've been going around for 2+ years already. Probably they'll patch one or two major ones and 5-8 others will still be roaming around being used.

Well we learned Nexon hasn't spontaneously become competent.

Well, my account is still fucked up.

Knowing Nexon, I have this feeling that I'll never be able to play Maple again on this account.

All they had to do was limit the number of "texts" per second. >_>

Hmm, from reports, they fixed only the summon map crash. Well at least 1 thing.
