Where was that WoW GM Ticket picture?

Sorry guys, I just went out and bought a copy of WoW (since I'm sick of MS). A few days ago someone posted a pic of some funny GM conversations from tickets. I want to show my friend to convince him to try to leave MS/join WoW.
