Recurring Acount Deactivation

Hey so I have a problem with signing into maplestory and it is driving me crazy!

So when I try to sign into my acount at home it says that my account has been deactivaated so I reactivate it by going to my email and everything, and then it makes me change my password so I do all of this, and once i'm done it says my acount has been deactivated again and I have to start the whole process over and over again until it says "you have exceeded the daily limit of password changes". All of this happenes if I sign it at home, however if I sign in at my friends house using his internet connection it works fine!

This is very frustraing and I can't figure it out, so if anyone could explain to me why this is happening and what I can do to fix it that would be great, thanks!

Its okay dude, i had the problem like 3 months ago, apparently Nexon IP Banned you. To solve this you can call your Internet provider and ask them to change your IP address, or download hotspot shield. I solved my problem by turning off my internet box for 24 Hours, and when i turned it back on i had a new IP address. To check your ip address, go to http://www.whatismyip.com/.

Hey Darkninja, thanks so much for your help. I really appreciate it

I think what i'm going to do is call my Internet provider and get it changed. I already tried Hotspot Shield but that didn't really work for me, it made my computer lag too much because of the popups
The only problem is I don't think cox will change it for me, is there a number I can call to get directly to them?

Im not really sure about cox, try googling their website if they have on to see find their number.
