The requested operation requires elevation?

I went on the site to log in and load maple since the game launcher has been broken forever and when i clicked start game a window popped up and it said [title] it just openened an installer and i do not know what its installing o-o it says at the bottom "Installing files: MapleStory.70z" or something like that

If you are asking what the requested operation requires elevation means, this normally means you need to run the program as administrator, you can do this by right clicking the program and clicking run as administrator, you normaly will encounter this problem using Windows Vista.

If you were asking what "Installing files: MapleStory.70z" means its just telling you what part of the installation its doing, maplestory like most downloads it full of tons of tiny little files which are needed to make it run. When installing it, it is just telling you what part of the download it is currently installing.
