I like most of the old music, before they started putting crappy cheap techno-y sounds into everything. I'm looking at you, mu lung/ariant/leafre.

Elin Forest. The melody is so magical, it's moving. The instant I heard it, I fell in love with it.
Other mentions: OPQ, APQ, Pink Been, HT, Crimsonwood mountain (the mountain part), Herb Town, Aqua dungeon, Soul Teddy+Klock (It's called Timeless). Might think of more, and I'll add them when I think o fhtem.

I can't pick just one!
I love em all, except for PvP, that one sucks. My absolute favorite song though, would most likely be GoShanghai, the original version. =)

it's hard to pick a few, because a lot of them are really nice in small doses. Pretty much all the NLC music is at the top of my list, but the Bigfoot and MesoGears songs seem to stick out more than the rest.

There are so many BGMs I like of MapleStory.. can't list them all. But I really love Elin Forest BGM. It's.. magic. And when you are there, you feel nice. The music really fits with the area. I have a KMS account, and I went there sometimes with my level 2x Pirate. =)

I like most of them, I even have them on my iPod.
 My absolute favorite when I first started the game was the L Forest Music, because it was so calming. Now I really like everything from the Time Temple, Kaede Castle, Leafre, and The Path of Time. It seems like the high level places all have extremely beautiful music.  I also really like the Happyville music; it's really calming and makes me feel nostalgic about last year's Christmas event.Some various others that I like are Amorian Challenge Showa Hideout Coke Town Orbis Tower Deep Aqua Road All Ellinia Music All 101 Building Music Shanghai (Original) Nautilus Port (Inside and Outside) Crimsonwood Keep
