Why is the "Database" tab blinking?

I right-clicked the "Database" link on the top bar of links, went on "Check element" (in google chrome) it showed some sort of code of the page describing the different elements. That line was in the part which described that button.

Only if you're an Adblock scrub and do not know how to block the script specifically. My button is still there, only it isn't blinking for no raisin.

Blocking any of the scripts just blocks the entire ad for me, it isn't a "I don't know how to use AdBlock" thing.
