Comic-Con

How is that? I'm curious.

I couldn't dig up anything about it on /cgl/, their own forums, their Facebook page, or a forum about cons. What can you tell me about their Dealer's Room, Artist Alley, and panels? For an example, rare stuff or nicely priced stuff in the Dealer's Room or nice finds in the Artist Alley, and so forth is what I'd like to hear about.

It coincides also with the last day of Tekkoshocon, a con in Pennsylvania. I actually forgot to mention that to BTA earlier. I'm also interested in trying that one out.

I mean like, IIRC, I saw at Target in their women's section sorta like implant-looking things that'd be put overtop the breasts for some reason...
Iuno they were flesh-tone.

Long answer: No - If she pads then we will see - padding is fine, if you have a shirt but since she wont then no. unless she gets fillets.

Eh I still don't see what the big deal is anyways, what with seeing all those fat-Links, or MALE FAYE COSPLAYERS.

Just get the getup and go for it. >_>

Just letting you know, quite a large amount of my IRL friends are going to Tekko. I also live 40 minutes away from where Tekko is being held. So assuming that I am going, you would most likely see me there. A lot of my friends are definitely going, so I'm planning on going, myself. However, I'd only be there for a day. I don't intend on sticking around very long, because I'd feel annoyed with seeing non-Otaku, that and I'd probably see a bunch of FMA fangirls, and that sh`it just annoys the living f`uck out of me.

Khoi Wrote:When I dressed as a girl, uhhh, I think I had several options:

a) Use those silicone bra pads (yes)
b) Use pre-stuffed bras (YES)

I did both. Worked wonders. The problem is that they do not feel realistic at all. A friend of mine uses some kind of weird liquid in his bra-stuffing, he makes all of his sh`it just for conventions and what-not. I'll probably have to ask him, but he orders a special type of see-through bag that people use in the medical field, and he just inserts a type of liquid in (no, not jizz, or water, sorry bros), and then seals it back up using a special sealer machine he bought online. Then he stuffs in between his chest and the bra, and it works. It felt semi-realistic. . .

I'll have to ask. Nowhere as pro as that dood. Too much work for me, mang.

You scare the fuck out of me Khoi.

Does it surprise you that very little amount of things scares me? I have strange friends.

Disclaimer: CPAC is run by the anime club of Stevens Institute of Technology. I'm a Stevens alum and I staffed at CPAC 09.

I can't really comment on the artists alley/dealer's room because I've never spent much time in them. It's a fairly small 1-day convention (~500 people in 2008, ~1000 in 2009, ~1500 in 2010), which has its pros and cons. As for panels, there's generally a good mix. There's also usually some special guests, like voice actors and such. Last year the author of Awkward Zombie made a comic using the suggestions of people in the room. There's always video games, DDR, anime, and a concert at the end.

Tekkosho would be nice, since it's very close to me and happens close to my birthday, but... probably can't. :x
