The Nexon support portal will be having maintenance on Saturday, January 29. The support portal will be unavailable for browsing and submitting tickets. If you wish to use the support portal please access it after the maintenance period.

Maintenance Schedule
Pacific: Saturday, January 29 from 6 PM to Saturday, January 29 11 PM.
Eastern: Saturday, January 29 from 9 PM to Sunday, January 30 2 AM.

Hmmm, interesting...

Strangely expected something about Portal.

But hurray?

So we can't submit tickets during the Maintenance?
Here I was thinking that the ticket system was as broken as Mechs.
Turns out it has just been under maintenance for the past few years

Uh...so okay? Not like their ticketing system has any usefulness anyways....

*Looks at day realizes its a saturday*
bs they are doing work thats a weekend and I know they dont work on weekends(visitor event is proof)

I don't see the point in them even announcing it going down...not like anyone that sent a ticket would get an answer anytime soon.

Yeah I don't know why but when I read the title I was thinking they wanted us to support the portal maintenance they were doing. Then I asked myself what portals were broken and why they would need my support. Then I said click the link so you can find out what it's actually about stupid.

Was I the only one who started singing the credits song to portal in my head after reading the title?

So they do know that the ticketing system exists then?
